Finds answers by meaning, not keywords

Old-school help search needs the customer to use your exact words. Supplo doesn't. Every source is embedded into a 1,536-dimension vector and stored in a pgvector index with cosine similarity. When a question comes in, Supplo embeds it the same way and pulls the closest-matching passages — so "I can't log in" and "password won't work" land on the same article.

  • OpenAI embeddings. Powered by text-embedding-3-small, cached for speed.
  • pgvector under the hood. An IVFFlat cosine index keeps lookups fast as your knowledge grows.
  • Top matches, grounded. Only the most relevant chunks reach the model, so replies stay on-topic and on-brand.
