Supplo auto-detects the visitor's language and translates messages both ways in real time. Your agents type English. Your customers read Arabic, Hindi, Spanish, or whatever they speak. Nobody notices a barrier.
A visitor lands on your site from Madrid and types in Spanish. Your agent in Toronto sees the message in English, replies in English, and the visitor reads the reply in Spanish. Neither side ever sees a translate button or a language toggle.
When Supplo's AI agent handles the conversation, the same rules apply — it generates the reply in English internally and emits it in the visitor's language. Either way, the visitor's experience is seamless: their language, native script, no awkwardness.
Covering the working languages of roughly 80% of internet users — Latin, Arabic, CJK, Devanagari, Bengali, Cyrillic.
Hundreds of millions of South Asians type their native language in Latin script — because that's the keyboard they have. A Bengali customer might type "Bhai, refund kobe pabo?" rather than switching to a Bengali keyboard. If your support tool replies in formal Bengali script, you've answered a different question than the one they asked.
Supplo detects the romanized form and matches it. Hindi typed in Latin gets Hinglish back. Bengali in Latin gets Banglish. Urdu in Latin gets Roman Urdu. Same conversational register the customer used to write — that's how trust gets built.
Translation is a property of the channel, not the person. Agents work in one language; customers see their own.
Your agents type replies in English (or whatever your workspace default is). Outbound messages are auto-translated to the visitor's language on send.
Inbound messages are auto-translated to your workspace language so agents read everything in one tongue — no copy-pasting into Google Translate.
Need the original? Every message in the admin inbox has a one-click translate toggle. Flip between original and translation any time.
If the Supplo AI agent handles the conversation, it inherits the same translation pipeline. Multilingual support, no extra config.
Supplo uses Azure Translator v3 as the primary translation engine — production-grade quality across all 18 supported languages. Every translation result is stored in the database keyed by source-text hash, so when a visitor scrolls back through a conversation, or another agent opens the same thread tomorrow, no API call gets fired. The translation just appears.
Multi-language translation is bundled into our paid plans. Starter doesn't include it.
